Controllers and processors of personal data must put in place appropriate technical and organizational measures to implement the data protection principles and to safeguard and control their data and put into place effective measures. Privacy in English law is a rapidly developing area of English law that considers in what situations an individual has a legal right to privacy in relation to personal or private information.

ADL Solicitors has two founding Partners. All other staff are engaged as independent consultants to the firm as cases and workloads require, the details of these consultants is subject to confidentiality and non-disclosure requirements. Consultants bill hourly rates and receive proportional fee-related consultancy fees. This process permits the firm to take on large cases and expand its workforce accordingly without incurring large overheads for staff who are not fully engaged and allows the firm to match the resources of large law firms. (This includes qualified solicitors on maternity leave or with young families who wish to work remotely). All staff are supervised by a partner. All engaged staff are qualified as solicitors, barristers or qualified as the equivalent in overseas compatible jurisdictions.
